Process

Commission Form → Queue → 50% Payment → Sketch → Revision → Color (1st pass) → Revision → Color (2nd pass) → Revision → Final 50% Payment→ Details & Final Files

Final delivery: High-resolution PNG via email (2K with transparent or plain color background for portraits; 4K with transparent background for all other commissions)

Turnaround

▪ Portrait sketch — 3 to 5 days per character
▪ Portrait colored — 5 to 7 days per character
▪ Bust-up — 1 week
▪ Full body — 2 weeks
▪ Duo Set — 2 weeksAll timings may fluctuate depending on simplicity or complexity

Revisions & Design changes

• 3 revisions included total (one per stage: sketch, 1st color, 2nd color)
• Extra revisions will be charged separately
• Major character changes during sketch will have a $34 (30€) fee
• If there's a significant change during color (new outfit, pose, or character design), it may require restarting. In that case, we can discuss either a new commission or a discounted rework. Just ask me :)

Cancellation

• 50% deposit required to start. This covers the sketch and planning phase, and becomes non-refundable once the sketch is delivered.
• If you need to cancel after coloring has begun, the deposit is forfeited, and I'll ask for 25% of the remaining balance to cover the time already invested. Once received, you'll get the current unpolished high-res version.
• If you cancel during the final stage, I'll ask for the remaining 50% payment, since the work is essentially complete. Once received, you'll get the high-res file.Sometimes plans change and it's ok! If you're ever thinking about canceling, just reach out. I'm always happy to talk it through and find something fair for both of us

• NSFW is okay (nudity/suggestive designs), but pornography is not accepted.
